chicken layed bloody egg' has lots of blood on tummy

My hen, who is quite new to laying, this is her second week in, has layed an egg with a considerable amount of blood on it. I am even more so concerned, cause after i picked her up, i noticed she has quite the amount of blood on her underside where she would have been laying on the egg. Her vent appears to be fine, and she is moving around ok, but her comb and wattles are pink. Any suggestions on what i should do?

Does she have enough water if so put electrolytes in it that should help

I've been keeping an eye on her. The color has come back in her wattles and comb. She appears to be fine. My best guess is that she just had a really hard time passing the egg today. I'm just confused, because there was no blood on her vent area, and she was thoroughly checked for wounds under her breast area, which was were the blood was. I'm gonna continue to keep an eye on her. If I find her like this again tomorrow morning, I'll be putting her in a cage inside so i can observe what is actually going on.
