Chicken laying multiple eggs in a day

Theres gotta be more EE in your flock that have started laying, tou would have noticed is she was internally laying and for some reason the dam broke as that would be the only other explanation I could think of and that don't happen
Nah...if she were laying internally (egg in the abdomen) there's no way for the egg to be laid, it's in the abdomen permanently unless it's surgically removed.

Thats why is says and that don't happen lol
LOL "That would be the only other explanation" in your reply, I guess that was the confusing part - yep, more coffee is needed :)

Sorry, I’ve been at work all day. I got three more blue ones today! I’m perplexed!! Here’s some pictures of what I have. They were slightly uncooperative thinking they were getting treats when I took pics.

You sure have some healthy looking pretty girls!
You might have an Legbar in there or maybe an Isbar. Two of them, other than the EE, has some blue egg lineage .
You could use the old lipstick or food coloring trick to see who is laying what. Get at least 3 or 4 different cheap colors and put a little in each one's vent. You could do 4 hens per day till you find the Blue eggers. Also if you have any strange or deformed eggs it will let you know who is laying those. Each hens eggs are unique to her, almost like finger prints.
Thanks for posting the pics! :yesss:

Ok, after many phone calls and a lot of research it appears I have Starlight Green Eggers and possibly a Prairie bluebell. I’m getting a bunch of blue/green eggs now and am definitely relieved that my chicken I thought was an Easter Egger isn’t doing it all on her own. Now I’m not sure if she’s laying at all. Based on my research she might not start for a few more weeks. Any thoughts on these birds. I have done very little research on them specifically but will dive into figuring them out now that I (hopefully) know the correct breed.
