5 months old chicken. Laying on her side and cannot move her legs. The next day I got another chicken just like that anyone know what the problem is?

Hmmmm. how old are they? any other sympoms? are they inside or outside? Can you see a vet? i know vets are expensive, they quoted me $510 to Have a minor surgery on my rooster.
