My puppy bite my chicken, now she’s suddenly not thriving. Help?

About two weeks ago my 6 month old mini Aussie got ahold of one of my almost 10 month old chicken. She was bit in three places. I brought her into the garage and tended her wounds. She was in shock a day or two, then was standing on the 3rd or 4th day, was walking a bit around the garage. About 5 days ago she suddenly stopped eating/drinking by herself, and has not stood up at all. Legs seem almost paralyzed. She’s just laying, kind of tilted. Yesterday she tried to eat a little of an egg yolk, but that’s about it. Not eating, barely drinking. Seems alert but cannot move. What could of happened and what can I do to help her?
