Chicken laying on side at all times, legs askew, but can still kind of move around

Hi

About a 4 days ago one of our 6 month old chickens suddenly became almost immobile. She lays on her side and doesn't really move around; she can but does not a lot. It almost looks like a stroke, and we just thought she wouldn't make it. She is still the same, but this morning I found ANOTHER 6 month old chicken with the same symptoms... I have no idea what it is, but am looking for any ideas?

Where did you get these birds?
Were they vaccinated for Marek's?
Have they started laying?
Are the birds that are down still able to eat, drink and poop?
