Chicken lethargic and cold comb cold

We had a hen a few weeks ago with flystrike, we managed to save her from that, but her wounds wouldn't stop getting pecked at (it was mostly herself who was pecking at it) we put blue kote to try to cover the wound but she kept pecking at it and now her crop feels really stiff, we loosened up the crop by feeding her coconut oil and gently massaging it but the next morning her crop was somewhat hard again with the oil gone, she hasn't pooped at all yet and she's being extremely lethargic and her comb is cold. Any advice?

I'm sorry for your loss.

Often Flystrike is due to an underlying condition. Depending on the severity of the infection from the maggots, some hens don't make it even if they seem to be healing.
