Chicken lice

Hello all I just noticed some lice on a couple of my hens.
I currently have some chicks about to be moved from brooder to the coop, should I hold off on this?

And best treatment for the hens and also the coop?

I personally would hold off until you've gotten rid of the bugs, or you will just be treating more of them. Most people use permethrin products, they are most economical. You can get concentrated sprays that you mix with water that can be used on the birds and the coop, there are also poultry dusts and powders you can use on the birds. The sprays work better for getting in the nooks and crannies of the coop.
