I have successfully gotten rid of all the lice in my coop, but now i need to find a way to get rid of the eggs which are cemented on the feathers. Anyone have any suggestions?

I killed the adults a month ago and the reapplied the treatment 10 days later but there are still a lot of egg sacks on the base that haven't hatched.

Coat them with coconut oil or Vaseline to soften them up, then take a toothbrush and try to brush them off. Even if you can't get them off, coating them will suffocate the eggs so they don't hatch. You should still reapply your original treatment in 10 days in case you don't get them all.
