Chicken limping.

I wonder if somebody can give me advice My friend doesn't have a computer internet where she is she has a chicken that is limping no bumblefoot no bruises or anything comb is pale eating drinking and laying eggs could it be her hip her leg if somebody can help me that would be great. Other chickens are starting to be aggressive toward her she's the top of her pecking order. Has anybody dealt with something like this

Lameness is the most difficult issue to diagnose, especially if it's come on gradually. If it's sudden, we would suspect an injury. Look for greenish bruises on the legs. Also inspect the toes and toe nails. Sometimes it's a torn nail that causes the limping.

Other causes are exposure to toxins and avian viruses, and there isn't anything that would fix limping from those.
