Chicken looks abnormal Help

Hi I have just looked at my BlackRocks and 1 of my girls looks like she has a lump on the left hand side of her breast and is holding her head funny. I have picked her up and had a look. There is nothing i can see. I have stroked her and this feels like a swollen. She is in no pain and i swalking fine. She does look scruffy today and also looks like her bones are protruding. Please help

Thanks for that! I have only had these for 4 weeks and they have become part of the family! Funny didn't think I would ever feel like this.

if you do a search for impacted crop or sour crop in the box up in the corner you can read up on it...Let me know how it goes
