Chicken looks really ill

Thanks for your help I will take coccidiosis . Also I will take the chicken to the vet just in case it's really ill.

Is is hot where you are today? What temperature? Humid? If it's hot, chickens will drink more water which will make their poo more white and watery. They also don't tend to be as active when it's hot.

I would really advise you NOT to give medicine until you have a better idea of what's going on. The wrong medicine could make him worse or stress him out even more if he is sick. (Really wish people on here would stop advising to medicate for no good reason.)

If you can and want to, take him to an avian vet. If you decide to take him to vet, definitely do not give any medicine. It could interfere with what the vet decides to do.
