One of my chickens has recently started showing more signs and Im not sure what to try anymore.

She is 3yrs old. This I believe started few weeks ago but not all symptoms. She now doesn't walk much just looks like trying to sleep, her tail seems to 90% always be down (she really perks up for treats and only time I see it up or her running), sometimes she will almost fall over and use her wings for balance.

She is eating but I don't believe she is drinking as much as the others (they get fed an all flock blend high in protein and oyster shells on the side)

I don't see and injuries. I have tried deworming and have started recently adding vitimains in the water nothing has changed. The falling over is recent. (Ive thought about giving her the liquid vitamins by syringe but worried I will hurt her and she will inhail it)

She doesn't seem to have lost weight
He bum has been getting dirty from pooping (I cleaned it off and was good for about 2 days and now getting dirty again)

This is what she looks like i dont know the breed

She looks like a silver laced wyandotte. I would guess that she has a reproductive disorder, such as salpingitis or egg yolk peritonitis. Has she laid eggs recently, and have you noticed any soft or abnormal eggs shells in the nest boxes? Is her lower belly below her vent enlarged, spongy or hard? Is her crop emptying overnight, and could you check it tomorrow before she eats or drinks? I would try to keep her eating and drinking and offer some mushy wet chicken feed and a little egg or tuna. Let her stay with the other hens if she feels like it. Be sure to keep any poop cleaned off her vent area, since flystrike and maggot infestation in hot weather can be deadly. There is not a whole lot that can be done for EYP. Some vets may give a hormone implant, which are expensive, and may not be approved by your vet, to stop them from laying for 4-6 months.

Have you noticed any lash eggs or lash material? Is she having a yellowish discharge or yellowish liquid in her poop. Post pictures of poop.
I haven't seen any lash material. As for the poop (they have a yard to walk around in and I haven't seen her just go to know which is hers, though I can separate her for a day and see. I don't know if its normal but if the water is in the coop before all this started her poop would be fine but if I would place it in the yard it would he very watery everytime)

She was laying for a bit but then I went away for a couple days and she hasn't layed since. (I didn't think much of it because she was acting normal)That was like end of April. Oh and Im not sure if its helpful but the dirty bum is like greenish. I'll try to check about the crop emptying (this is my first year of owning chickens so not completely sure what feels normal, she usually wasnt one to be picked up) the lower belly if I am checking right feels like spongy like a water baloon.

Warning ⚠️ bum picture (this is what it looks like that I say dirty bum)
What we're looking for is a yellowish discharge, or yellowish liquid in her poop. Normally, from time to time, chickens will have some poop stuck on their feathers around the vent. If she's sick, she'll have some medium thick yellow discharge hanging on the feathers. Over time that will collect. I would keep a close eye on her poop, and post pictures. This is a picture of some of the yellow discharge we cut off our hens rear, below the vent.

This is the next day.

And the next.

And close to final before we had her euthanized.

Her necropsy determined she had salpingitis.

Should I keep her away from the rest? I can definitely take some pictures tomorrow morning (I'll keep her in a separate coop overnight so I know whats hers and post them)
