Chicken losing feathers

Hello!

I have a buff orphington that over the last few weeks has lost feathers on her wings and her back. She is almost a year old. I originally saw our Rhode Island reds plucking a few feathers but now it seems she’s plucking her own. She now has a bald spot on her back. I’ve checked her multiple times for bugs and don’t see anything. I’ve tried anti pecking spray but that seems to make her more curious. I have a dust bath that she uses regularly. Otherwise she’s eating and drinking well and doesn’t seem to be in any distress. I have 7 other chickens and they are not losing feathers. Any help would be appreciated!

She’s 11 months old-so not molting.

Nutrena nature wise pellet layer feed. Cracked corn and kale as a small treat.

That's usually when a molt happens. Can you see broken feather shafts stuck in her skin?

My Rhode Island reds didn’t molt til they were about 16 months old so I was thinking it would be to early for her to molt?

Doesn't look like a molt, but not like a typical picking pattern either.
