Chicken lost feathers below vent and maybe a bit swollen - Help!

Hi All I have 5 chickens , all of them are about a year old and are laying well. Including the one in question. She seems completely healthy and is eating and laying fine. Moves around fine. A few weeks back we noticed below and around her vent she was losing feathers. It now seems somewhat red and swollen?? Any ideas we have no idea what is going on and how to help!

Are you sure no one hen is vent picking? I'd suggest separating her for now if you aren't sure

Im not sure, but I have not seen anyone vent pecking her. Again, no way to be sure.

The way its bulging out of her is worrying me. When was the last time she laid?

I'm not sure, I saw her laying probably 5-7 days ago but havent seen / checked a ton.

Cool, just read , seems like it could be a few different things. Only thing that is confusing me is she is acting normal, eating , moving around etc.
