Chicken lost half her skin

I’m so sorry. It’s really difficult to know the right thing to do. After reading through all the posts she seemed like she was making positive gains. We once had a rooster that was severely attacked.by a fox. We had a vet that stitched him up. It took a long time to heal and he had a severe limp. His keel never grew skin but he lived for another year and a half. He was even able to go back with his flock. He probably suffered quite a bit and I was prepared to euthanize him, but the vet thought we could tale a chance and save him. My point, after this lengthy post, is that you never know how it will turn out. So good of you to try.
