Chicken Loudly Gasping for Air and Wheezing

I just read through this thread. I'm so glad to hear she's improved! Is she still doing better? I'm having the exact same issue with my hen right now and it's so stressful. I've given her two doses of Tiagard and haven't seen much improvement yet. Do you remember how many doses you gave before you saw improvement?

She’s still doing pretty good! She still gasps/wheezes from time to time but she’s doing better. I gave her five doses of Tiagard total, but I’m not positive if that’s what helped her or not. I was doing a lot of things to try to help her feel better so I’m not sure which one did the trick. She isn’t back with the flock yet, she still seems a bit sick so I’m trying to give her time to rest and relax. I hope your hen gets better soon! Is she eating and drinking? I started to feel a lot better when mine started to eat and drink again.

That's great! My hen is doing much better also. She just finished her 5th dose of Tiagard and is close to her old self again. She ate really well today!
