I tried picking her up and moving her to water but she just laid back down when I moved her. It sounds like something is stuck in her throat maybe? Is there anything I can do to help her pass it? Thanks!

Welcome To BYC

What is her crop like?
Does she have any lesions or canker inside of her beak?
Any mucous, facial swelling, respiratory symptoms, bubbles in the eyes?
Is she pooping, what's that like?
When was her last egg?
Any lice/mites?

How old is she?

Hopefully with more information, we can offer better suggestions.

If her crop is not emptying or is filled with fluid, then I'd start addressing that symptom and go from there.

Crop seems normal. No lesions and beak looks normal. She is breathing faster than normal, along with the gravely sound. She had a little saliva coming from her beak but not a lot. No swelling, eyes look clear and no bubbles. I have no idea about her poop or her eggs as there are 11 chickens in total and they all lay in the same spot.
