Give her me a worms they have good calcium or something there's protein in them and when we give our chickens mealworms their egg shells are stronger there's something minim that helps so you can give that a try and see if it works for you

Hello and welcome to the flock. Follow the advice of the experts here and all should be well. Congratulations on your new flock. It seems the indoctrination to chickens always involves some sort of issue for many of us. It's like jumping into a deep pool headfirst. No better way to learn.
Also, if I missed it I apologize, but what are you feeding your birds? Many here like to go from grower / starter to an all-flock due to the higher protein levels. Calcium on the side in the form of oyster shells, always available, separate from their feed. Layer feed just doesn't seem to have what it takes to produce decent shelled eggs. Best of luck.

People here have lots of ideas on dealing with many issues as well as what you are dealing with right now. Good luck with resolving this quickly.

I used to crush the eggshells as finely as I could into almost a powder then I would give them their raw egg back with it. But that was only my idea. Please of course as already suggested the oyster shell
I also used the calcium tablet too.
