Chicken Math and Extra Eggs

Ok, So I have to ask, what do all you folks who are victims of chicken math do with all the extra eggs? DH and I go through 6-8 eggs a week. I cant believer there are that many folks who have a stomach for processing chickens... so what do you do with the extra eggs?

I have a few co-workers, neighbors, and friends who get eggs, and extras go to a local soup kitchen and church. Mary

If you have too many eggs.....

sell them or gift them. Bake lots with them and give the baked goods. Donate them. Feed them to the dogs/cats/whatever other carnivore or omnivore that lives on your property.

If you have too many layers....

Craigslist is the bomb for selling chickens. I don't see the point in processing a laying bird, but once they're done or slowed down enough, they're in the freezer or pressure canner.
