My problem was I couldn't get my hands on the breeds I wanted, so I ended up 'settling' for a few chicks of each breed TSC had available.

We did this first starting out.
Ended up with TS white leghorns.
NEVER again with the white leghorns.

I second that! I got one in my first hatch and he hatched with attitude right out of the egg.

Idk, but can only speak on the white and the brown.
The brown leghorns are less flighty and not bat crazy. IMO
But, I also did not get the brown leghorns from the TS.

My three were completely bonkers. I don’t think they are a breed that does well in confinement but Moony might disagree. Now that I free range I wish I had those three flighty girls back
