I have had chickens for a year now. Never wanted them, my partner did. But, within days I was hooked and now I am obsessed. We have 2 leg bars, 2 bantam wydottes and recently 2 orpington chicks. The new coop will be built soon.

You sound like my hubby. When we bought the place nine years ago, he accepted we'd have a few chickens. Little did either of us know what an operation we'd wind up with here! About 40 chickens, 148 eggs cooking in incubators, 19 chicks in one of the brooders....we're both loving every minute of it!
