chicken may or may not be sick am I overreacting ???

I forgot to mention her feed @aart,
they get scratch mix, and layer feed and lots of fresh veggies, we are on land so they are let out everyday for a while to eat bugs and grass

I like to feed a 20% all flock type feed, with oyster shells on the side for the active layers, a bit of daily scratch grains, and occasional veg and animal protein....but my birds don't range.
They need some extra protein to grow new feathers.

You can look for pin feathers, that will confirm the molt.
