Chicken molting & dandruff?

One of girls has been molting and appears to be growing everything back, but now there's this weird white flaky stuff coming off of her as she preens. Any idea what that is?

It is the protective covering that the emerging feathers are encapsulated in. As they emerge and grow out the sheath coverings will dry and fall off as they preen themselves. This is normal.
