My silkies came from tsc and have the puff on head but poor if any feathered legs.My first set of birds from TSC this is one of the "silkies" no fluff on head or feathers on feet/leggs. I love the slicked back head looks like it should be a runner. 7 weeks old as of now. Not really sure if it counts as a true mutt though.
Here's my new stud muffin at 16 weeks! Big guy & already wooing the older gals. Cuckoo Marans X SG Dorking. His mom had a cushion comb and tiny wattles that he inherited. He should hold up well in our cold winters.
This is my other silkie from tsc after I cut the top puff back some. It has blue kote on feet so little harder seeing those feathers. This is the one I think is more silkieish.
