Chicken Names- whats your chickens name?

I've been looking for people from New Orleans with chickens! Now that they've got the Google search box on the forum, I can finally find them.

Hi!
First off, our chickens names are Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather. But they turned out to be roosters (the saga is preserved in my posts to this forum throughout 2008). They live in a bird sanctuary now. So we are gearing up to get some chicks that will grow up to be hens.

We were considering giving all of our hens boy names as a homage to our roosters who all had girl names.

Anyway, I'd love to hear more about your chicken adventures in our fair city! Do you know anybody else in town who has a flock?

I ALWAYS lean twoards the Old English names!!! Example; Beatrix, my ee hen

I keep it simple . All my roosters I call SAM and all my hens I call Ella. Get it SAM-N-ELLA.

RJ - RIR pullet (i think pullet)

Slate - Blue Jersey Giant cockerel
Pearl - Black Jersey Giant pullet
Liza - Black Jersey Giant pullet

I miss the X Files! ) Tractor and Abby (the last 2 named by my husband and 3 yr old Daughter)
If I could have a Roo (can't, I'm in town) He would TOTALLY be named 'The Doctor'
(when we get a few more girls in a couple weeks, I might have to steel the Rose Tyler and Donna Noble names!!)

We have Chirpy Deux (he was Kiki, but after giving away Chirpy one, my 4 year old renamed him)- he's a black Copper Marans chick

Stella- Blue copper chick
Big Bird- buff orpington chick
Mater- cuckoo silkie chick
McQueen- buff silkie chick

So yeah, all mine wer named by my 4 year old!
