white bantam roo is Piper (he sounds like a toy when he crows)
Then my big girls are

my ugly bearded arucana Chloe

2 redstars Trixie & Dixie also known as the raptor twins

White Silkie cockerel: Eh

White mutt hen: Nimbus
Red Sex Link pullet: Dr. Chicken
Red Sex Link pullet: Cluck Norris
Random really really old turkey hen: Turkeybird


I know Turkeybird's not a chicken but she's part of the flock and I love her

7 hens are RIR's (the jerky birds) the other 3 are Americauna's.

The three Americauna's are also known as the 3 amiga's. AKA whacko, yakko, and dot.

Rooster is named Pesto. From the good feathers cartoon.
The RIR's so far are missy, prissy, agnes, 3 to go I guess.

I am going a little nerd here and naming our Blue tailed buffs after middle earth elves thanks to an elvish name translation.. Lol. The two roosters are
Rimedur (pronounced Ree-May-dur) and
Gondien (pronounced Gone-dee-ehn)

The hens are
Abigail (Still english..)
Faelwen (File-wehn)
Vanlanthiriel (Vahn-lahn-theer-ee-el)
Valainistima (Vah-line-ihs-tee-mah) and
Tauriel.

And aside from them we also have.

I have named a few more of the chicks... I have one that is almost white, but actually a very, very light tan and I call her Manna (what is it?) Then I have Twister one half brown, the other half white.
