We have 2 BR's Lucy and Ethel (Lucy's the more outgoing one)
and 2 EE's Buffy and Pickles

Heehee some cute names on here.
We have a few luckey to get named by my kids or me.
White Cochin rooster named "Duke"
Red Star hen "Emmie"
We had another Red Star hen that died named "Emma"
Buff Orpington rooster named "Luke" (just sold him he was ornry)
Buff Orpington hens named "Lucy"& "Penny"
Haven't named any others yet but in the works.

Our EE roo is Houdini-- He always got out of the box when he was a chick
The gals are Spreckles- because she is;
Blackie- because she is;
Goldilocks- because she has golden *hair*;
and Cleo's Friend - because as a chick she got out of the box and our huge dog Cleo captured her in her mouth and brought the chick to us. We noticed after we let the chicks in the run that this one always went over to say hello to Cleo- completely unafraid.
Cleo counts the chickens every day and makes sure they are safe and secure.
Houdini thought about attacking me last week and Cleo wanted to help discipline him. I handled the matter ( Houdini got a hand smacked across his face.) But Cleo knew that rooster was in the doghouse! She broke up a mating session that the hen was objecting to!
Life is back to normal as long as Houdini behaves himself.

My first Silkie hatched tonight-I named it Uno. My sister used to have "Brewster the Rooster."

Eva, Henrietta, Perdy, and Wilamina are the 4 RIR.
Coco is the black jersey giant.
Baba Holla is the black polish.
Sandy and Pearl are the twin gray Brahmas.
Oreo is the white Braham.
And my daughter's pride and joy is the white Silkie (who is the sassy one of the bunch) is Lady Jasmine von Poffyhead. (So diva!)
