Chicken newbie sort of

Greeting from Upstate NY!!! I have a flock of chickens that consist of 2 guinea hens, 1 Silver Laced Wynadotte rooster, 2 SLW hens, 2 RI hens, 4 barred rocks hens, and 1 Easter Egg hen. The rooster, Easter egger and the SLW hens are this years chicks, the others are 2 years old. I look forward to learning more about chickens.
