Hello everyone!!! I’m new to raising chickens and would like to take the time
and say hello to all my new “chicken” friends. We ordered 10 colored egg production assorted chicks from Hoover and we lost two , one of which was my son’s fav. Could anyone out there tell me if this is a welsummer or americauna chick? I promised him a replacement later.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
It was the Welsummer.
How warm is your brooder? From what little I can see over the edge of the box, I don't see little heads sticking up so they may be inactive because they are hot. It is unfortunately not uncommon to lose chicks in the first three days after they arrive from being shipped. It is very stressful for them.
