In the Brooder
Hello fellow chicken peeps!
My first flock is due to arrive on Apr 6 from our local hatchery. They are ready to lay and we are just getting the final touches complete on the coop which originally was a dog kennel.
The run is covered in hardware cloth, the roosting bars are up. Its a sand run, hemp coop with poop shelf. We still need to build the nesting boxes which I plan to do roll away with collection from the outside of the coop.
I am so exited to enter my chicken journey happy to be here around like minded peeps!
