Hello,

I am brand new to owning chickens. I have always wanted chickens and just recently found out that my city allows me to keep 3 chickens. We recently built a chicken tractor and picked out 3 chickens. I am hoping that they are all pullets because I want to raise them for eggs and to be pets. I have nothing against roos but not so sure my neighbors would mind me having a roo though my city does allow them.
I do have questions though if any of my birds are actually cockerels though, one specifically I have my thoughts may be a boy. I will post in the gender section to get some thoughts.

Glad you joined us! 3 chickens is a good amount, it's usually cleaner and less stressful. Are those your chickens in your avatar?

Yes, those are my chickens :) I have only had them going on 2 weeks but I am already loving the little things :)
