Chicken nipples wanted!

I need 5 of them 360° Super Flow Push-In Nipples shipped to Ft. Lauderdale to my mail forwarder. I can PayPal.
Problem is Farmtek doesn't take PayPal and since I am in the Bahamas I need these shipped not to the billing address but to my mail forwarder.
