Chicken not eating well

Valbazen is given orally, not in the water because it settles. Dosage is 1/2 ml for a 4-6 pound chicken given once, and then repeated in 10 days to treat the worm eggs that hatch. Sorry that she is not doing much better. Has she laid any eggs, and is she eating better?

She's laying and eating better but she's picky and stays away from everyone on the most part, i gave them Valbzen in water : (
