It is too cold for ice on the face. I may just have to man up.

Wrap the ice in a hand towel. Keep it on as tolerated, not more than 15 minutes at a time.

@microchick I learned something new from the ER colorectal surgeon on call today. I called to see if DH should be seen on emergency for his swollen stoma. He said put table sugar on it for 20 minutes. It draws out the water for edema. He said they do that for prolapsed stomas in the ER

They do that on prolapsed uterine issues for animals.

I love my hubby so much he is my best flesh friend and my other half!! Even though we don't celebrate I do know how much he loves me and I him! If it wasn't for LORD JESUS our marriage wouldn't be! 7 months almost until our anniversary

I don't use most of those! Except my cooking pans..I am afraid are aluminum. They are not non-stick, but they aren't stainless steel. One day I hope to go to only glass, stainless steel, and cast iron!! I do like to bake a lot in my glass pans though!
