Chicken not laying

I got 3 hens approx. 10 months old back in April. The lady I got them from is very reputable so I know it is nothing on her part. Anyway, she said that my EE'er laid a large blue egg the day I took her home with me. She hasn't laid since. She seemed to be starting to molt when I brought her home, and is still from what I can tell. I will post some pics. I have talked to the lady I got her from and she said give her time and that maybe she misses her Roo "boyfriend". I don't have and don't want any Roo's. I'm hoping that someone will have an idea as to what her issue is. I have seen her in the nest quite a few times, but there is never an egg. We thought she might be getting broody, but most of the time when she is in there there are no eggs. (we check often for eggs)She also seems to have a hard time getting down from where she sleeps at night. She hesitates alot when trying to get down in the morning.

could she be egg bound?

what do you mean by egg bound? I had a really weird dream last night that I was checking her vent and found alot of blue eggs inside her. I was pulling them out and then I ended up turning her upside down and shaking them out because there were so many. It was too weird!

If she's molting she won't lay any eggs until she's done. Hopefully no more than 6 weeks. (I am pretty sure that's what it said in the Storey Guide to Raising Chickens)
