Chicken not thriving

We have a little chicken who will eat out of our hand and we even blended the chicken starter cause she is so little. She will drink with a syringe. She seems active. I'm worried cause the other chickens are bigger and she still is small. Anything we can do to help her? She had a little pastey butt and I leaned by soaking then dried he and put a little petroleum jelly on her rear and she pooped fine the next time. I just don't want them to bully her.

When I bought her the lady said silkie but she isn't a show bred, so I'm assuming she maybe mixed. Sorry I thought it said silkie on my original post.
