Whenever I find a sick hen I always try to give scrambled eggs with coconut oil right away, usually adding some sunflower seeds to entice them to eat a bit, if they don't like eggs a can of salmon will usually do the trick. And make sure to get water in her, not sure what is wrong with her but that is usually one of the first things I do with mine.

I just wanted to give you all an update on Red. I took her to the vet last week. She got a steroid injection and the vet was not overly hopeful for her as she was underweight and still relatively immobile. I kept her isolated from the other hens for a few days and kept giving her things I knew I could get to eat. She slowly got strength back and now she is back in the henhouse with the other ladies. Thank you all for helping!!
