I'm so sorry I haven't been posting recently. Life has gotten pretty busy. I wanted to let you guys know that we have a Facebook account. It's called Benninger Hatchery. We post on that account pretty much everyday. We will also be posting available pullets, started pairs, fertile eggs, and high quality birds. We may or may not also be doing a giveaway! The more followers we get, the more of a chance we will eventually do a giveaway.

Today's chicken of the day is Stewart!

I just bought him a few days ago. I got him from a lady that bought him at Forever Silkies. He's super sweet, and I can't wait to buy a buff hen to breed with him! He doesn't look great right now because he's going through a molt... It also doesn't help that he's been fighting with another rooster I bought. Stay tuned for him!
