Chicken on back

I'm wondering if this is mareks? It's almost like he's had a stroke, right wing goes droopy and falls to the right side.

I have. He doesn't stand with legs forward and back like the pictures. He stands normal and will run and then stops and gets weak and his right wing droops and he falls over...I thought at first it looked like he had a stroke. No tumours or any other symptoms though. Waiting for the vet to call me back. He can do a necropsy on him. I'd like to find out. If this bird does have mareks, will the rest of my birds most likely get it? The one that died the other day had no symptoms of this. Just was lethargic and had a foul smell from his beak.

Have you checked chick for impacted crop? The chick that died, you mentioned she had a foul smell coming from beak, possible she had sour crop, which does have a smell.

Stupid me I should have opened the one that died up but I didn't. This one definitely doesn't have that. And he's got worse overnight so he will be euthanized when my husband comes home. I had my chicken guru friend that came over last night who is pretty sure it's mareks. Hopefully it's just with that one and the rest are fine. He also checked the girls for lice which they do have, so there's a delousing party at my house this weekend. Lol. After I treat them with the amprolium he said it would be a good idea to treat for worms also. Get them all de-parasitized haha. Hopefully this will be the end of it! Makes having chickens hard when you see them dieing :(

Hey now I'm wondering if maybe botulism? My neighbours always throw food scraps in and sometimes I don't get around to throwing them out for a few days....and in the hot sun I'm sure they can go bad very quickly?
