My bantam is only sitting all the time. She eats that way. Her belly seems full and she had raw areas around her front and butt. I have tried epsom salt baths and treated raw areas. They look good now. I've checked for mites, sprayed and dusted coop. She still sits all day and does walk but not much. What else should I look for?

Do you have any photos of her?
How old is she?
When was her last egg?
How long has she been this way?
You mention her belly is full, is that her abdomen below the vent between the legs?

Did you find mites?

Hard to know what's going on with her, I'd work on hydration and encourage her to get up and move about if possible.

No I did not find mites on her or my other chickens. She is 5 years old and I'm not sure if she's late an egg recently. I did use a glove very carefully and inspected her but did not feel any eggs. She's been this way 2 to 3 weeks so I figure it's not egg bound. She doesn't appear like she can get in the box as she can't fly. My other ones fly over fences etc but she's not. I've checked her wings, her legs etc and I can't find anything else. She is much better today for the first time. But still sitting a lot. The belly being full is before her vet directly underneath her almost.

Poor thing!

A lot of times when they are hunched like that, it has something to do with the reproductive system, but it could also be something else going on.

I'd give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 now, then once daily for a week, see if she expels any lash material, an egg or membrane.

I will certainly try that
