Chicken opening mouth when breathing

Hello,
I have a 15-week pullet that is opening her beak each time she inhales.
Does anyone have any idea of what could be wrong? I am not having any luck finding a vet that will she a chicken.

Please help

Could be overheated? They pant if they get too hot. Are they somewhere cool? Access to fresh water? (Obviously but still have to ask...)

Did this happen after they ate? Could always try looking in their mouth if the above answer is no to overheated.
