Chicken panting

I have a golden wyandotte thought it was a female but now not sure, anyway she is 14 weeks old. Panting and seriously flexing her behind like she trying to poop or lay an egg, which of course she's too young to do. 2 days ago she was also limping then stopping to pant and flex her butt. They have probiotics and electrolytes in their water.help

She was separated but was acting normal yesterday so I let her out with the rest of the girls
