Can chickens and meat rabbits be raised together? I was thinking about putting up some hanging rabbit cages in my coop house but wasn't sure if that was ok with mixing them and the chickens together like that.

Yep-, lots of people do that. The chickens will clean up any food the rabbits loose thru the bottom of the cage. Sounds very practical to me! Lots of folks let their chickens and bunnies share a run, but I'd be concerned about that since meat rabbits are much bigger then average pet buns. I've read quite a few stories about peoples rabbits humping and pulling feathers from their chickens And, not too mention, rabbits are big diggers! Good luck
