Chicken Pecked in the eye, ok to leave it alone or treat it?

Noticed while all the girls were pecking around at their food that suddenly her eye was shut and looked swollen. She also acts very sleepy and is always laying down...suggestions?

I personally leave stuff alone. I don't know what you would do for it anyways. Most things will heal up whether you help or not.
