Chicken pecks me.

Lol, she does seem to peck me only when I am in jeans, which is about 99% of the time. It just cracks me up that she sneaks up on me in order to peck me-she doesn't approach directly.

My barred rock does the exact same.....she is just wanting attention - and that is how she asks for it.....then i catch her and she plops down on my lap, lying on her side with her full weight on my supporting hand, and could stay there for hours......nice girl....but she's the alpha hen....and lets others know it....grrrr

Our sweet Green Queen, Samantha, will kind of tap me with her beak to get my attention. Probably looking for treats, she ends up getting picked up and cuddled more than fed treats but she keeps doing it, it's so cute. A few of our 6 month old pullets do this too but I think they are definitely in it for the treats they always seem surprised when I cuddle them instead
