Nope!

Any idea on boy\girl? This un has a much smaller and lighter comb then the rest of her breed, which are all roosters.....

I hate to say it, but pretty sure you have another cockerel on your hands.

7\10, possibly 8\10. Not sure yet, as some are silkie x and crazy hard!
