Chicken Pies!!! Pies for your chickens!!! (Not made out of chickens)

CHICKEN PIE RECIPE!!!!!!!!!
NOT ACTUALLY MADE OUT OF CHICKENS

You will need-

1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of water
4 pieces of bread
1 egg (optional if you dont want your chickens eating eggs)


1) Mash up one piece of bread into a bowl until it has pretty much completly turned into bread crumbs.
2) Add 1/4 cup of flour to the bread crumbs.
3) Mash up another piece of bread ON TOP of the flour.
4) Pour 1/4 cup of water into the batter and mix ingredients with a regular spoon.
5) Add the egg. This will look disgusting...
6) Break up the egg shell into small pieces and add it to the batter.
7) Add another piece of mashed bread.
8) Put batter into the smallest pan you can find.
9) Let it bake in the oven for 15-20 or until it looks like its done cooking.
10) Let it cool, and then top it off with some other treats like grass, bread, and a bunch of other goodies!!! I also added Happy Hen Treats!!!!!
11) I hope your chickens enjoy!!!!

sounds yummmy! I will add that one to their 'cook book'. I also use a chicken pie recipe. I leave two bowls of food out in their pen all day with them. One of crumbles, one of CalfManna. No matter what I did, they would get wet once in awhile and I hate to waste their food! Sooooo..... I put the wet mash into little bowls and a pie tin or two and froze them. They already had water in it, so it froze like a foodcicle. When it was 100 + this summer i popped one out of the freezer and voila an ice cold treat/meal to pick on and chow down on.
