3 of my turkey eggs in my incubator have started to pip, one almost all the way and one has just started to pip but one has started to pip at the pointy side? What should i do!?!

I had the same thing with a chicken. First, don't panic. Have some patience and give it a chance to try hatching itself.
Second, make sure you can see the pip at all times so you can keep an eye on it's activity.
Keep us updated, we will help you if it's required to free the baby!
I believe I gave it 40 hours before I intervened.

Update: another turkey poult is out of the egg and the one that is flipped is about 1/4th now, from yesterdays little pip

the egg skin is drying up and i dont have a automatic humidity switch and the humidity is not so good around 40-60%, so i opened the incubator and quickly put some warm water on it

The chick is now out fine, 3 has hatched and 2 has not yet pipped, maybe duds, altough i candled and it showed positive signs
