Chicken Poop…. Worms?

Hello, I have an older chicken 6 or 7 years old that has mites, crop is not emptying and have found about three of these in her poop now. At first I though it was a piece of grass but this most recent looks more like a worm. It’s not moving or anything. Can someone help? I did speak to vet about the crop issue and they gave her meds for that yesterday. I don’t know if all these things are linked or she is suffering from three separate issues. I feel so bad for my Sage.

Yes, that's a worm. What kind? That I'm not sure of. Google chicken dewormers. HCLAD Poultry Dewormer will do the trick.
