Chicken poop help!

So my girls and boy have been having odd color poops or just watery ones. This is just and example of a few. There are some that are like a burgundy or brick color, texture of watery to smooth,but solid or like the pics not so solid. I've tried the perdue 911, chicken boost, wellness brew,and just apple cider vinegar. It's been going on all summer. I've assumed it's just stress from the heat or I've had to make some adjustments to their coop so have been in there alot with them. Idk what to do ,so any advice would be greatly appreciated

The orange foamy poo can be found in chickens having coccidiosis or cecal worm. You can give them Corid to see if it helps. If Corid does not work, deworm them.

Ok thank you. It's orange but I've not seen any foam yet in it.

It looks like cecal poop which is normal about every 8-10 droppings.
Birds drink more water when it's hot, that's why you're seeing watery type diarrhea. You can boil plain white rice, let it cool and give it to your chickens. It will settle their guts and firm up feces.
